So basically he did tell Ran that he is in love with her. Also I like the part when he replied to the “Love is 0″. “0 is the beginning of all, and nothing will happen if she don’t move from there.”

I am waiting for the subs but I want to say that the guy who is writing this anime is taking too much time. It has been 20 seasons (15 years) with very little action in comparison to the time span imagine that after 15 years, the “name” of the boss of BO is not known !
