It's because she is young she can't be like natsu nor like gajeel since she is young her magic is very low hence she can't use moves like natsu or gajeel and she was trained by grandine at a very young age even younger than natsu and gajeel and her training was cut short so she can't be too offensive but still she can do some moves like breath and wing slash, although she becomes defenseless after that so it's best she waits for natsu or someone to come for backup.Dat-guy
