   Chill, people, and appreciate this. It’s an anime with heart. It’s about doing the right thing, even when it’s hard. he’s doing for his sister’s kids what his sister did for him. I can appreciate that because I took care of my dying parents for eight years. First, my father came down with emphysema. It took him 2 1/2 years to die. And on his deathbed, he told me something was wrong with my mother, and to please promise him that I wouldn’t farm her out to a rest home. And I made that promise. He had lived with her for 50+ years, and must have seen things that I didn’t, because as soon as he died, she came down with Alzheimer’s. It was like she had been hanging on for him. Taking care of her for that 5 1/2 years until she died was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But you can’t take back a promise from your dead father. And I can look back with no regrets. They took care of me, and now it was my turn. This is that kind of story, and it touches my heart.
